Do you want to be part of the fight against food poverty that is devastating lives and futures of adults and children alike?
Be Enriched exists to help people struggling with access to services they need, social isolation and hunger. We do this by running a series of regular projects and offering training opportunities that give people food, the chance to learn and build community.

Last year over 3000 people benefited from our projects. We believe businesses play a key role in tackling poverty together. Their communities of customers, employees and shareholders are also our audiences of families trying to put food on the table, of supporters that want to help by giving time or money.

As Partnerships Manager you will target and deliver mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with businesses from a range of industry sectors in order to generate income to fund our work from company CSR, charity, marketing and commercial budgets and increase our reach. Candidates should be confident and professional and be able to represent the organsiation to external contacts. You will also support a local network of organisations delivering change on a local level.

You will have experience of working in fundraising and demonstrate an understanding of corporate fundraising, new business and account management. The ideal candidate will be a superb project manager with outstanding attention to detail and a keen interest in food. With a proven track record of corporate partnership success, you will use your strong communication and superb networking skills to identify and secure and build on new partnerships. As an expert relationship manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues and corporate partners to build and deliver partnerships that make a real difference and influence people at all levels. Charity sector experience is desirable however not essential.
